Both Fit PC2 and 2i are available in customisable board-only form (see picture), with optional increased temperature ranges (up to -40 to +85 deg C, 0 to 70 standard) for the most demanding of environments.

And the following features make them ideall suited to a wide range of Industrial and OEM applications:

• Size - Just 10cm x 11cm x 2.7cm (inc HDD), approx. PC-104 scale.
• Low Power - just 10W maximum power draw.
• Long-term Guaranteed Availability - Guaranteed to 2015 (and probably beyond).
• 100% Embedded components - no moving parts.
• Wide operating temperature range; 0 - 70 deg C as standard, extension up to -40 to +85 deg C available.
• High-performance - up to 2GHz Intel Atom Processor, and up to 2GB RAM.
• Proven reliability - On the market since March 2009, with <1% failure rate up to June 2010.
• Full connectivity - RS232 Serial Port (Fit PC2i), multiple USB ports, 2 x GbE (2i).
